My Background
Chuck Cusson, arCOtecture's founder and lead coach, has worked in various industries. He is experienced working with small and large companies, from newly formed start-ups to large, highly-matrixed, Fortune 500 organizations.
His diverse roles throughout his career offer a rich level of experience in the space of leadership development, human resources, operations, sales and marketing.
After completing Leadership Coaching For Organizational Performance through Rutgers University and Heidrick & Struggles, Chuck earned his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Chuck has coached 100's of leaders at various levels from front line leaders to the C-Suite. From the newly minted leader struggling to develop useful leadership competencies to the seasoned leader addressing new challenges in a VUCA world, Chuck has been a trusted partner in navigating their journey ahead.

It's all about working in a space of choice. As we work through our professional and personal challenges, it is important to explore perspectives and understand the options in front of us.
