My Background
Chuck Cusson, the founder and lead coach at arCOtecture, has worked across various industries. He is experienced working with small and large companies, from newly formed start-ups to large, highly matrixed, Fortune 500 organizations.
His diverse roles throughout his career offer a rich range of experience in leadership development, human resources, operations, sales, and marketing.
After completing Leadership Coaching For Organizational Performance at Rutgers University with Heidrick & Struggles, Chuck earned his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
Chuck has coached 100's of leaders at various levels, from front-line leaders to the C-Suite. From the newly minted leader struggling to develop useful leadership competencies to the seasoned leader addressing new challenges in a VUCA world, Chuck has been a trusted partner in navigating their journey ahead.
